Danielle Herrerias
Danielle S. Herrerias, MCRP, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE #00998608) with over 25years of real estate development, mortgage banking and human resources experience.

Danielle managed housing and mixed use developments, builder and mortgage revenue bond commitments, and community redevelopment projects for various builders and financial institutions nationally. Her functional strengths include operations, project management, marketing, market research and financial feasibility analysis.

She most recently has worked as Director Human Resources for numerous mission-driven and start-up organizations in which she has focused on recruitment and development, hiring members of an organization’s leadership team.

The formation of California Professional Acquisitions resulted from her affiliation with Herrerias & Associates, a boutique executive search firm founded by her husband, Paul Herrerias, CPA. They decided to combine their strengths in real estate, financial valuation and recruitment to assist their clients acquire and sell professional services and family owned businesses.

Danielle holds a master’s degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government with a concentration in real estate development and finance. She earned her A.B. at Stanford University in social sciences. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Danielle is an avid runner and board member of Tamalpa Runners.

Paul Herrerias
Paul K. Herrerias, MA, CPA, has over 25years of executive consulting services to Bay Area organizations. He founded three service businesses, consults to Bay Area and U.S. companies in a variety of industries, and has served as an advisor to over one hundred companies in his career. His specialty is serving small and privately-held businesses and helping them to grow to mid-market status.

Prior professional career affiliations also include Deloitte & Touche and KPMG Peat Marwick. Paul’s understanding of organizations is further enhanced by a CPA license, over 20years as a business owner, a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Human Resources(MHROD) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of San Francisco. Additionally, he has served on the State Board of the California Society of CPAs. He was awarded the Golden Quill Award for Outstanding Leadership by the San Francisco Chapter.

Paul also founded a local networking club of CEOs that meets monthly, was on adjunct faculty at Dominican University, and is the Chapter Director for the Marin chapter of the peer-to-peer mentoring group, the Chief Operating Officer(COO) Forum. Paul enjoys an extensive professional network, especially with CPAs, CFOs, capital sources, and Private Equity partners.

Al Coddington
Al Coddington’s experience as a licensed California real estate sales agent (DRE # 01417879) has enabled him to successfully broker the sales of many businesses and associated real property over the past 20 years.

Al is a small business owner, active executive of a number of San Francisco Bay Area businesses and is highly respected in the business community. He is a knowledgeable sales executive with a proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies for businesses and tapping into new markets. As a business consultant he advises companies on turn-around strategies, new business development and capital formation.

Prior to his work in sales and consulting, Al worked in the aviation field as a general manager and marketing director for Ace Aviation Inc. and was president of Ventronic, a fiber optic communication equipment manufacturing company. He was a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) advisor, a program of the United States Small Business Administration. He has a B.S. degree in Aeronautical Engineering from San Jose State University and is a licensed pilot.
